About the role
The Customer Service Representative ensures ultimate customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, professional support across online marketplaces and phone channels. You will act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all customer communications via online marketplaces and phone calls.
- Address and resolve customer concerns quickly to maintain satisfaction.
- Provide product details and recommend items when appropriate.
- Research and resolve shipping problems, monitor returns, claims, and disputes.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, sales platforms, and marketplace guidelines.
- Perform data entry tasks such as creating RMAs, processing cancellations and refunds.
- Uphold professionalism and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Take on additional tasks as directed by management.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call‑center customer service setting.
- Channel Advisor experience preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive aftermarket components is a plus.
- Familiarity with Infor LN (BAAN) is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and follow management direction.
