Digital Communication Project Manager – Luxury Watch Brand

About the role

As a core member of Omega's Social Media team, you will shape the brand's digital communication strategy and expand its online presence worldwide. The role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, a proactive mindset, and a passion for luxury watchmaking.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and launch integrated 360° campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a detailed publication calendar aligned with the International Marketing plan.
• Use the social‑media management tool to schedule and publish daily posts.
• Boost brand and product visibility across all digital channels.
• Coordinate cross‑market projects and lead live‑event initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns against defined KPIs.
• Produce comprehensive performance reports and extract actionable insights.
• Track emerging digital trends and recommend future opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital communication experience in the luxury sector.
• Previous work in a digital agency is a plus.
• Strong interest in luxury watches and the broader luxury market.
• Experience with Asian platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, LINE.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent in English; French is an added value.

Required skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (advantage).
• Hands‑on experience with social‑media management tools.
• Knowledge of Asian social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, LINE).
