About the role

The partner company seeks a Director of International Sales based in Switzerland to lead global commercial expansion for a fast‑scaling healthcare technology organization. You will shape market entry strategies, build international sales teams, and drive revenue growth across EMEA, APAC and LATAM.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the international sales strategy, including market prioritisation and go‑to‑market planning.
  • Build, scale and lead regional sales teams and leadership structures.
  • Own international revenue performance: bookings, pipeline, forecasting and annual operating plan delivery.
  • Design and optimise global distribution and channel partner networks.
  • Establish strong relationships with clinical stakeholders, healthcare institutions and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Regulatory, Customer Success and Support to align global initiatives.
  • Define global messaging, positioning, pricing and commercial playbooks adaptable to regional markets.
  • Oversee regulatory and market‑access coordination with internal teams.
  • Gather market insights, competitive intelligence and customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
  • Represent the organisation at conferences, trade shows, webinars and customer engagements worldwide.

Required profile

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, medical technology or SaaS.
  • 5+ years of experience in radiation oncology or clinically adjacent healthcare sales.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling international sales organisations across multiple regions.
  • Strong experience managing ARR‑driven revenue models with predictable growth.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing channel partner networks.
