Director – Relationship Manager (Wealth Management) – Geneva

About the role

The Director, Relationship Manager will be the primary point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients in Geneva, delivering the full suite of Deutsche Bank Wealth Management solutions. Working closely with investment managers, you will drive client acquisition, deepen existing relationships and grow assets under management across Swiss HNW/UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices and institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and retain HNW/UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, single‑ and multi‑family offices and institutional investors.
• Increase share of wallet and assets under management through targeted business development and relationship management.
• Generate net new assets and revenue on assigned books in a scalable, efficient manner.
• Balance client relationship management, prospecting, investment growth, compliance and personal development on a daily basis.
• Plan and allocate time and budget to optimise business performance.
• Collaborate with coverage, product and support functions, leveraging Deutsche Bank’s corporate, investment banking and asset management capabilities.
• Recommend suitable investment products, credit solutions and services based on client objectives, risk profile and horizon.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wealth management, private banking or a related financial services field.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing relationships with Swiss HNW/UHNW clients.
• Strong understanding of investment products, credit solutions and holistic wealth planning.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with investment managers and other bank divisions.
• Client‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high‑standard service.
