Europe FP&A Controller

About the role

The Europe FP&A Controller will lead financial planning and analysis for the European region, supporting one or two Maison(s) and the wholesale business. Based in Meyrin, Geneva, this 6‑month fixed‑term position works closely with Maison Management and Finance teams to drive accurate reporting, budgeting and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and review local forecasts, ensuring alignment with HQ and European management guidelines.
• Prepare and present Europe market financial statements to Maison HQ and European Management.
• Analyse actuals versus forecasts, identify deviations and provide business commentary.
• Coordinate annual budget presentation to Maison Exco and Europe Management.
• Manage wholesale financial planning, including P&L and cash‑flow consolidation for a defined scope of Maisons.
• Support monthly closing, perform analytical reviews and ensure compliance with IFRS.
• Act as a business partner to strengthen relationships with Maisons and drive process improvements.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects such as system automation, digitalisation and cash‑flow guidance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting within a multinational environment.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality results.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and automation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
