Europe FP&A Controller

About the role

The Europe FP&A Controller will lead financial planning and analysis for the European region, supporting one or two Maison(s) and the wholesale business. Based in Meyrin, Geneva, the role acts as a key financial partner to Maison management and finance teams, driving decision‑making and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and review local forecasts, ensuring alignment with headquarters and Maison European guidelines.
• Prepare and present Europe market financial statements to Maison HQ and European management.
• Analyse actual results versus forecasts, identify deviations, and provide business commentary.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process and present budgets to Maison Executive Committees.
• Manage the consolidation of P&L and cash‑flow items for a defined scope of Maisons.
• Perform monthly closing activities, analytical reviews, and ensure accurate reporting in line with IFRS.
• Act as a business partner to strengthen relationships with Maisons and support continuous process improvement.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects such as system automation, digitalisation, and cash‑flow guidance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a multinational environment.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high‑quality results.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on efficiency and automation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IFRS reporting standards.
