About the role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a member of the Executive Committee at a leading asset manager in Geneva. The role begins with a six‑month fixed‑term contract and may evolve into a permanent position.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a complex professional and personal calendar, coordinating international business travel, including flight, hotel, and visa arrangements.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and organise documentation for both internal and external meetings.
- Oversee email correspondence primarily in English.
- Process expenses, invoices, and other private financial items.
- Assist in planning team off‑sites, client events, and regular cross‑office meetings across Europe.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of experience as an executive assistant in commodity trading, financial services, or a related sector.
- Native‑level English (C2) with strong written and spoken skills; French or another European language is a plus.
- Resident in Switzerland.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
