Fashion Marketing Intern

About the role

As a Fashion Marketing Intern you will support the marketing activities of Chanel's Geneva boutique, helping to animate client communication and organise boutique events. You will work closely with the sales and hospitality teams to reinforce the client experience and uphold Chanel’s image in the city.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate communication needs for each collection, both physical and digital.
• Coordinate client marketing campaigns, support the sales team and manage 1‑to‑1 digital and print communications.
• Assist with the roll‑out of mailing campaigns and gifting strategies, including team communication and follow‑up.
• Implement the client activation calendar and organise events such as cocktails, boutique experiences and collection launches.
• Handle event logistics: invitations, gifting, supplier coordination, communication assets and post‑event follow‑up.
• Collect feedback, conduct competitive monitoring of the city and report insights.
• Support the hospitality team in elevating the boutique client experience and rolling out new services.
• Monitor client experience tools (Pulse index & Voice of clients) and animate the team around them.

Required profile

• Master’s level student in a business school or university with a strong interest in fashion and luxury.
• Previous experience (internship or project) in marketing, events or client data analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills (KPIs, CRM, reporting).
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and rigorous.
• Proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
