Head of Operations – Hybrid – Zürich

About the role

As Head of Operations you will be responsible for building and scaling the operational backbone of Optiml, a fast‑growing real‑estate decision intelligence company. Working closely with the CEO, co‑founders and department heads, you will translate strategic vision into day‑to‑day rhythms that keep the organisation aligned, efficient and ready for rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve company‑wide processes covering HR, culture, administrative systems and governance.
• Drive alignment through OKRs, budget cycles and transparent reporting across all departments.
• Establish scalable performance‑management, compensation and internal‑governance frameworks.
• Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration and ensure information flows support fast decision‑making.
• Lead key initiatives, monitor operational metrics and act as a catalyst for a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience owning end‑to‑end operations in a fast‑growing technology or SaaS company.
• Strong strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution ability.
• Track record of building high‑performing teams and fostering a culture of ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to partner with C‑level leaders.

Required skills
