Head of PR

About the role

The Head of PR will work closely with Press Relations, Brand Activation, Creative, Legal, Regional teams and external partners to design and execute integrated PR programmes that elevate storytelling, strengthen brand desirability and maximise earned visibility across key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Ambassadors and Friends of the House strategy, managing day‑to‑day relationships and coordinating campaigns, events and product launches.
• Lead the Made of Makers programme, identifying and developing partnerships with artists, designers and creators, and producing PR toolkits for global and local implementation.
• Develop and manage the global product placement strategy, overseeing placements for ambassadors, celebrities and VIPs, and coordinating logistics, tracking and reporting.
• Negotiate and coordinate talent and partnership contracts in collaboration with Legal and Compliance, ensuring contractual compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Press Relations, Brand Activation, Creative and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all PR initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public relations, brand partnership or ambassador management at a senior level.
• Strong ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams across global markets.
• Excellent negotiation skills and familiarity with legal contract processes.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on storytelling and brand desirability.
