Head of Talent Acquisition – Part‑time Hybrid

About the role

This part‑time, hybrid position based in Bern leads the full recruitment lifecycle for the organisation. You will partner with senior leadership to define hiring needs, shape employer branding, and build strong talent pipelines while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define workforce planning and job design.
• Manage requisitions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and oversee offer management.
• Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns and graduate outreach programs.
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
• Maintain compliant, well‑organized HR and recruitment records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine talent processes and recruitment analytics.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end recruiting experience, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and offer management.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills for both technical and behavioral competencies.
• Experience in employer branding and graduate recruitment programs.
• Background in HR or talent acquisition, preferably within technology, AI, or healthcare environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.
• Fluent English; German or French is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
