High-value Fundraising Specialist

About the role

The Digital Inclusion Partnerships team is seeking a High‑value Fundraising Specialist to originate, develop and manage a portfolio of high‑value corporate, foundation and philanthropic partnerships. Working under the DI Partnerships Manager, you will turn partnership opportunities into funded initiatives and long‑term strategic relationships that advance digital inclusion worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage companies with strategic interest in connectivity, technology and digital inclusion.
• Develop the partnership pipeline from prospecting through proposal creation, negotiation and contracting.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including stewardship, renewal and growth of funded projects.
• Translate technical and programmatic offers into compelling business cases for senior corporate decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with programme, technical, communications, legal and country teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Maintain a strong network within the telecom, cloud, satellite and AI sectors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑value fundraising or corporate partnership development.
• Strong commercial fluency and understanding of technology, telecommunications and digital infrastructure markets.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and to influence senior corporate and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Existing network in relevant industry sectors is a decisive advantage.
