HR Administration / HR Assistant (60–80%)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, service‑oriented professional to join our HR team on a 60‑80 % basis. The role supports the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding, and works closely with HR leadership in a dynamic, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Comprehensive HR administration from entry to exit
• Drafting contracts, confirmations and employment references
• Maintaining personnel master data and HR systems
• Supporting payroll administration and managing absences
• Acting as a point of contact for employees and managers
• Assisting HR management with daily tasks and projects
• Participating in recruitment coordination and correspondence

Required profile

• Commercial apprenticeship with HR further training (e.g., HR assistant)
• One to several years of experience in HR administration
• Structured, precise and discreet working style
• High service orientation and team spirit
• Good knowledge of Swiss labour law
• Very good English language skills
