Junior Technical Engineer – Graduate Program

About the role

Join Huawei’s Fresh Graduate Program in Zurich as a Junior Technical Engineer. You will work within the Switzerland Delivery & Service team, gaining hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure while supporting customers and channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document system configurations and enforce standards.
• Direct system installations and integrate storage, virtualization and cloud solutions (e.g., SAN, NAS, S3).
• Perform IT maintenance, apply service packs, patches, hot‑fixes and security configurations.
• Provide troubleshooting and support to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in channel technology activities and enable Huawei partners.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2025/2026) in Telecommunications or Computer Science.
• Internship or first‑hand experience in IT infrastructure is a plus.
• Understanding of the Swiss ICT market.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
