About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead the sales and channel strategy for Switzerland, driving growth through effective agent management, pricing design, and product distribution. This role requires strong analytical and commercial skills to meet sales targets and ensure optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

  • Set and achieve country Sales Index (SI) and Sales Target (ST) goals, creating agent and sales target plans.
  • Select and manage agents, design channel pricing systems and rebate structures.
  • Plan and communicate new product launches, monitor distributor orders and store deliveries.
  • Define country channel structure, distributor responsibilities, and sales models.
  • Oversee Product Sales Inventory (PSI), sales forecasting, and Days of Supply (DOS) for agents and channels.
  • Develop customer tiering, grading processes, and manage promotions.
  • Manage channel budgets, internal controls, and identify risk points.
  • Establish standards for joint marketing, rebates, price protection, and incentive verification.

Required profile

  • Excellent English communication with fluent speaking ability.
  • Strong sales aptitude, self‑motivation and fast learning capability.
  • Risk awareness with ability to propose avoidance solutions.
  • Good team collaboration skills.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the 3C (Computer, Communication, Consumer Electronics) sector.
  • Preferable existing relationships with major retailers such as Costco and Walmart.
