Learning & Development Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Swiss L&D team. You will ensure the smooth and engaging delivery of training programmes across Switzerland, supporting both online and onsite sessions while aligning with our strategic vision.

Key responsibilities

• Organise training events and coordinate with external vendors for online and onsite sessions.
• Manage catering logistics across multiple locations and ensure timely service delivery.
• Confirm participant attendance, share participant lists with vendors, and distribute evaluation forms after each training.
• Create and manage learning events in the Cornerstone LMS, handling registration and session closure.
• Support historicisation of courses in the LMS and creation of new training content when needed.
• Track and process vendor invoices in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Monitor the overall invoice view and assist the Head of Swiss L&D with budget follow‑up.
• Provide clear and timely information flow to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within Learning & Development or a similar environment.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) proficiency.
• SAP invoice processing experience.
