Live Experience Manager – Off‑Track Events

About the role

The Audi Revolut F1 Team is seeking a Live Experience Manager to design and deliver premium off‑track experiences for guests, partners and the team. Based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland, you will work in a fast‑paced motorsport environment where attention to detail and a hands‑on approach are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute world‑class live experiences, including launch events, partner and media activations, driving experiences and fan engagement initiatives.
• Manage end‑to‑end event production: concept development, venue selection, guest management, on‑site execution, hospitality, catering, digital integration, logistics and supplier coordination.
• Oversee operational execution to ensure seamless guest experiences from registration to post‑event follow‑up.
• Define and uphold brand and service standards, integrating digital and interactive elements.
• Proactively troubleshoot on‑site challenges and continuously analyse performance for process improvement.
• Implement quality‑control measures and manage budgeting, cost control and financial planning.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Support on‑track events when needed.

Required profile

• University degree in Event Management, Marketing/Communications, Sports Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong athlete mindset with resilience and a drive to overcome limits.
