National Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a National Account Manager to lead the growth of our retail channel portfolio. The role involves managing relationships with existing and prospective national accounts, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of distribution agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Own national accounts and drive revenue growth across retail partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with current and future vendors.
• Design and implement effective sales strategies to expand the partner roster.
• Manage sales and channel promotion activities, including negotiations and finalising distribution agreements.
• Develop commercial propositions and upsell existing product portfolios.
• Review pricing, promotions, and market reach to create counter‑actions.
• Stimulate daily order generation and chase distributors for deliveries and payments.
• Maintain and update the weekly sales pipeline, tracking performance against targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in a similar national account or channel sales role.
• Comfortable presenting to national accounts and managing long‑term relationships.
• Numbers‑driven, goal‑oriented, and able to work autonomously.
• Strong networking abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in telecoms is a plus but not mandatory.
