About the role

Wordly is looking for a bilingual German‑English Onboarding Specialist to guide new EMEA customers through the initial implementation of our real‑time translation platform. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth start and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Lead onboarding kick‑offs, training workshops, and ad‑hoc meetings to understand client needs and set up the solution.
Provide technical and consultative support via video calls, email and chat, and act as the first line of support for escalations.
Collaborate with internal teams to track onboarding progress, report data and improve the onboarding playbook.

Required profile

Fluent in German and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiastic, curious and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
Experience presenting virtually to groups and handling customer service or software integration tasks.

Required skills

Proficiency with a CRM system.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
