Permanent Recruitment Consultant (IT)

About the role

Experis is looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant (m/f/d) to play a key role in shaping Switzerland's IT talent market. The consultant builds long-term partnerships with innovative companies, advises clients on their hiring strategies and supports highly skilled technology professionals throughout their career journeys. The role is full-time and offers the chance to develop your own market and become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and expand long-term relationships with clients across the IT sector
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive business development
• Advise clients on hiring strategies, market trends and talent acquisition challenges
• Manage the full permanent recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement
• Source, interview and engage highly qualified IT professionals and match them with suitable roles
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with clients and candidates
• Maintain recruitment activities and talent pipelines in the ATS and CRM systems
• Contribute to the growth of the Experis brand in your market

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, consulting or B2B sales
• Strong track record in client relationship management and business development
• Commercial acumen and confidence in a performance-driven environment
• Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills
• Proactive, able to work independently and take ownership of results
• Fluent German and good English

Required skills

• Experience with ATS, CRM or recruitment technologies is an advantage
