Professorships in Clinical Psychology – E‑Mental Health (2 positions)

About the role

The Faculty of Psychology at UniDistance Suisse seeks two full‑time professors in Clinical Psychology with a strong focus on e‑mental health. The positions are open rank and based in Brig, supporting bilingual French‑German programmes and innovative digital teaching.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑quality, internationally visible research in clinical psychology, emphasizing digital and e‑mental health approaches.
• Publish in leading peer‑reviewed journals and present at major conferences.
• Secure competitive third‑party funding and shape a sustainable research agenda.
• Supervise Bachelor’s, Master’s and doctoral students.
• Teach in French and/or German across Bachelor’s, Master’s and doctoral programmes, integrating e‑learning and distance formats.
• Develop curricula, contribute to strategic faculty development, and participate in academic governance.
• Foster collaborations within UniDistance Suisse and with national/international partners.
• Promote knowledge transfer, continuing education, and inclusive academic environment.

Required profile

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or related field.
• Demonstrated research excellence and publication record.
• Experience in digital mental‑health interventions and e‑learning.
• Ability to teach in French and/or German.
• Commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
