Project & Country Management Assistant Intern

About the role

The International Trade Centre (ITC) is seeking a motivated intern to support the coordination, design, management and communication of trade‑related assistance projects across Asia and the Pacific. Working from ITC’s Geneva headquarters, you will assist the Senior Project Manager in delivering impactful projects for developing economies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare briefing notes, country briefs and conduct research on trade‑related issues in the region.
• Draft project documents such as progress reports, workplans, budgets and analyse related data and surveys.
• Support day‑to‑day project implementation, including organising meetings, missions, trainings, events and preparing training materials.
• Coordinate inputs from various technical sections and assist in preparing results‑focused reports.
• Develop and update promotional materials, project brochures, web highlights, articles and manage project website or social‑media content.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic individual with strong research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with diverse technical teams.
