Projects and Partnerships Intern

About the role

IMPACT Initiatives, a humanitarian NGO based in Geneva, is seeking a Projects and Partnerships Intern to support its headquarters team. The intern will work closely with the Head of Projects and Institutional Partnerships and will have functional links with two additional managers. The position is a six‑month fixed‑term contract, starting as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Projects and Institutional Partnerships in day‑to‑day project coordination and partnership activities.
• Support the preparation of reports and documentation for the REACH, PANDA, and AGORA initiatives.
• Contribute to data collection, management, and analysis tasks performed by the IMPACT team.
• Help maintain the operational link with Acted, the partner organization providing field support.

Required profile

• Interest in humanitarian work and development contexts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning about project management and partnership development.
