Sales Development Representative – DACH (German-speaking)

About the role

Join Cato Networks in Zurich as a Sales Development Representative focused on the DACH market. You will help drive revenue by prospecting, qualifying and nurturing enterprise customers for the company’s cloud‑based networking and security platform.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential customers within an assigned geographic territory using sales and lead generation tools.
• Develop corporate prospects through direct outreach and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Directors to identify customers, qualify opportunities, schedule presentations, and accompany partner visits.
• Review leads weekly, maintain accurate records, and generate activity reports.
• Stay informed on new products and services through training and self‑study.
• Manage a high‑volume environment with strong time‑management skills.
• Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals as defined by sales management.

Required profile

• Dynamic, high‑energy sales professional with 3+ years of SDR experience in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
• Proven ability to exceed quarterly quotas.
• Strategic thinker with tactical implementation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally in a team‑oriented setting.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel to trade shows 1‑2 times per year.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent higher education.
• Native German speaker required.
