Senior Business Consultant (Strategic Accounts)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Consultant to lead strategic account management for enterprise clients in regulated sectors such as pharma and biotech. The role blends consulting expertise, commercial growth, and partnership development in a data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts, driving renewals, upsells and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Develop and execute long‑term account growth strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Lead executive‑level discussions, negotiations and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify white‑space opportunities and translate them into actionable initiatives.
• Collaborate with delivery, technical and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor account health, forecast revenue and proactively mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic account management within consulting, SaaS, data, AI or professional services.
• Track record of delivering commercial growth through renewals and upsells.
• Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma or biotech) is a strong plus.
• Analytical, solution‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
