Senior Commerce Business Analyst (6‑month contract)

About the role

As a Senior Commerce Business Analyst within the Brand Retail Technology team, you will support the transformation of retail stores into digital touchpoints, delivering globally designed experiences and ensuring consistent, efficient brand retail experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive deployment and market adoption of brand retail digital signage CMS, object recognition and related technology stack in line with the client’s roadmap.
• Translate business requirements and consumer experiences into functional designs together with architects, data teams and external vendors.
• Manage end‑to‑end journeys from entry points through digital signage, CMS and checkout/POS.
• Centralise and handle end‑user requests related to brand retail technology.
• Define, prepare and review test scenarios and templates reflecting business requirements.
• Ensure consumer satisfaction with technological solutions and smooth transition from legacy systems.
• Contribute to a knowledge base for run & support and develop toolboxes, dashboards and info sessions for stakeholders.
• Establish a BR Lab for testing new technologies and showcase capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with IT counterparts on data privacy, security and partner management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing medium to large scope projects in a retail technology environment.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills across markets, internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to document technology capabilities, business needs and formalise deployment processes.
• Experience delivering training and supporting adoption of new technology stacks.
