Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end features of our AI‑enabled Decision Intelligence Platform. The role involves turning complex requirements into robust technical solutions while collaborating closely with product, design, and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of the platform.
• Own features from concept through production, including architecture, implementation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Maintain high engineering standards via code reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
• Identify and drive technical improvements across the stack.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex web applications.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience implementing customer‑facing AI features.
