Senior People Business Partner

About the role

Sygnum is seeking an experienced Senior People Business Partner to join its People & Talent team, working across Zurich and Singapore. The role combines hands‑on HR partnership with people analytics, recruitment and leadership development in a fast‑moving, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leaders, translate business needs into pragmatic people actions, and advise on organisational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee relations.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment, from role profiling to candidate experience, and take an active role in hiring.
• Own and expand the WYNGs leadership talent programme and Leadership Essentials offering.
• Develop people insights, dashboards and reports, turning data into clear recommendations for leaders.
• Lead cross‑organisational People projects and apply AI‑enabled tools to improve analysis, recruitment and everyday HR processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, organisational psychology or related field; Swiss HR qualification is a plus.
• At least seven years of HR experience, including senior People Business Partner or comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and ability to handle sensitive employee‑relations matters.
• Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills with confidence to challenge senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
