Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join the Audi Revolut F1® Team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Hinwil, Switzerland. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a high‑performance motorsport environment, supporting the launch of Audi’s first Formula 1 entry in 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake, sourcing, interviewing, to offer negotiation.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and direct search.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
• Track recruitment metrics and identify improvements for hiring efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent experience.
• Several years of hands‑on, high‑volume recruitment experience.
• Minimum 5 years of proven success managing end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality and integrity.
