Social Media Coordinator – Healthcare (Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to strengthen our digital presence for a global healthcare leader in Switzerland. You will manage multilingual social channels, ensure compliance with Swiss pharmaceutical advertising rules, and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver impactful content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, TikTok, following brand guidelines and local regulations.
• Coordinate the editorial calendar, aligning content with disease‑state priorities, corporate communications and business KPIs.
• Create, localise and schedule organic and dark‑post content using Sprinklr, ensuring approval from relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee relationships with social‑media and creative agencies, guaranteeing quality, coherence and timely delivery.
• Monitor, track and report social‑media KPIs, providing performance insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Ensure all activities comply with Swiss pharmaceutical advertising regulations (HMG, AWN) and global ethics standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and the hub‑level ASG team to align local campaigns with broader strategies.
• Identify innovative digital approaches, explore new technologies and third‑party partnerships.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Digital Media or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social‑media management within a business context.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, German and French.
• Experience in the Swiss or European pharmaceutical industry is a strong asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sprinklr for scheduling and publishing.
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising, SEO, SEM and paid‑social strategies.
• Familiarity with agile project‑management methodologies and collaboration tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint.
