Swiss Cold Caller (Swiss German) - Remote

About the role

S4M (Media4Humans) is a small agency that helps founders and brands turn a single shoot into 30 days of native social content, and also builds brand identities, websites, event coverage, AI avatars and paid social campaigns. It is looking for a remote Swiss Cold Caller who speaks fluent Swiss German and is based in Switzerland or Greece. The position is commission-based.

Key responsibilities

• Call Swiss SMEs and founders, introduce S4M and qualify leads
• Book meetings with decision-makers
• Manage your own call lists and log every conversation in the CRM
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and share feedback on which messaging works
• Work closely with the strategy and production team

Required profile

• Fluent Swiss German
• Experience in cold calling, telesales or outbound B2B sales
• A confident, clear and human phone presence, and resilience with rejection
• Interest in social media, content and marketing
• Self-motivated and reliable when working remotely; no degree required
• Experience with founders or small businesses is a plus

Earnings

You earn 50% of every deal you close. Realistic earnings are around CHF 2,000 to 8,000 per month, depending on your results.
