Tourism & Operations Internship in Geneva

About the role

We are looking for a motivated student or recent graduate to join our Geneva depot as a Tourism & Operations Intern. You will be the first point of contact for guests renting our campervans, helping them start and finish their road‑trip adventures while gaining hands‑on experience in the tourism sector.

Key responsibilities

• Handle front‑office tasks: check‑ins, check‑outs, guest registration, payment processing and explaining vehicle features.
• Align reservations with available campervans, prepare vehicles and road‑trip kits, and manage upselling of extras.
• Perform quality checks on the fleet, report maintenance needs and ensure vehicles are in top condition.
• Support stock monitoring, coordinate fleet movements and troubleshoot operational issues.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English, holder of a work permit (if required) and a valid driver’s licence for both manual and automatic cars.
• Enjoys multicultural environments, has a natural talent for connecting with people and a problem‑solving mindset.
