Visual Art Director (AI-led)

About the role

Aepsy, a mental‑health startup, is looking for a Visual Art Director to shape the next visual chapter of its brand. You will combine high‑end editorial aesthetics with cutting‑edge AI tools to create cinematic, platform‑specific content that sets the brand apart in the wellness space.

Key responsibilities

• Transform bi‑weekly long‑form footage into 8‑10 distinct assets for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, carousels and story sets.
• Lead AI‑driven image and video production, building prompt libraries and reference systems.
• Edit quickly using Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut, and apply motion design in After Effects.
• Maintain a continuously updated visual library of imagery, b‑roll, motion elements and templates for team self‑service.
• Design compelling presentations for investors, B2B pitches and internal strategy.
• Align visual output with business goals and brand positioning.

Required profile

• Strong visual sensibility comparable to high‑end fashion or editorial publications.
• Fluent in shooting, editing, AI image/video generation, motion design and template systems.
• Ability to work fast in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
