Working Student QA – Technical (40‑60% time)

About the role

As a Working Student Quality Assurance – Technical Track you will join a strong QA team, help maintain high product quality and ensure customers get maximum value. Your main task is to thoroughly test key features with each product release to guarantee a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Test new features and releases across the product, both functionally and technically.
• Investigate how features are built to reason about edge cases beyond the happy path.
• Write clear, structured bug reports that engineering can act on immediately.
• Identify patterns across bugs and suggest smarter testing strategies for better coverage and less redundant effort.

Required profile

• Studying a technical field such as computer science or engineering, or being genuinely technically minded.
• Comfortable reasoning about system behavior and feature implementation without needing to code.
• Structured, analytical approach to finding and documenting issues.
• Ability to tackle complex or ambiguous problems and investigate root causes.
• Proactive mindset focused on improving test speed and quality.
• Based in or able to commute to Zurich and available on Mondays and Tuesdays.
