Admissions Officer - Sick Leave Cover

About the role

The Admissions Officer will provide temporary cover during sick leave, supporting the admissions process at the British School of Geneva. Working closely with the Head of Admissions, the role ensures prospective families receive a professional and welcoming experience from enquiry through enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries via phone, email and in‑person visits, providing information on programmes and admissions requirements.
• Schedule and organise campus tours, student interviews and meetings with staff, supporting family visits.
• Process student applications, verify documentation and maintain accurate records in the admissions database.
• Assist in planning and delivering admissions events such as Open Days and information sessions.
• Prepare correspondence, offer letters and welcome packs, and support new‑student onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English.
• 1–3 years experience in a customer‑service or commercial service environment.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Experience managing a CRM system, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proficient data‑management and analytical skills for maintaining accurate admissions records.
