AI Trainer – Italian (Remote, $15.3/hr)

About the role

We are looking for an Italian‑speaking AI Trainer to help improve the personalization quality of large language models. This remote, hourly‑contract position involves evaluating model responses, designing multi‑turn prompts, and providing detailed feedback to enhance AI performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI model outputs for grounding, integration, helpfulness, and personalization quality.
• Create and execute multi‑turn prompts that reflect personal context to test model capabilities.
• Identify hallucinations, incorrect personalization, and flawed inferences in responses.
• Conduct side‑by‑side comparisons of model outputs to determine relative quality.
• Write clear rationales and rankings for each evaluation.
• Provide annotations and feedback to guide model improvements.
• Maintain rigorous data hygiene and accurate documentation of all evaluations.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken Italian.
• Experience with data annotation, AI evaluation, content moderation, or similar analytical tasks.
• Analytical mindset capable of evaluating nuanced AI responses.
• Ability to design creative, context‑rich prompts.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Full‑time availability with flexibility to overlap with PST working hours.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant analytical field.
