Assembly Operator

About the role

As an Assembly Operator at Amazon RIVR, you will be at the core of producing cutting‑edge robotic systems for last‑mile delivery. You will work on a modern production floor, assembling high‑tech components into fully functional robots while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble complex robotic units from the ground up, placing screws, sensors and motors with precision.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to handle delicate components according to strict quality guidelines.
• Safely lift and position robotic parts weighing up to 15 kg during the assembly process.
• Perform initial inspections and basic functional tests to verify hardware performance.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and maintain accurate logs of work performed.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in basic mechanics, electronics or a related technical field.
• Proven experience using manual and electric tools such as screwdrivers and torque wrenches.
• Good command of English to understand technical documentation and communicate with the team.
• Bonus: prior experience with robots or automation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics or blueprints.
• Proactive attitude for spotting mechanical issues before they become bottlenecks.
