Assistant Boutique Director – Geneva Flagship

About the role

Universal Genève is reviving its historic watchmaking heritage in Geneva and seeks an Assistant Boutique Director to support the launch of its flagship store. You will act as the operational heartbeat of the boutique, ensuring a seamless client journey and flawless back‑of‑house processes.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily floor operations, manage staff zoning and rotations to guarantee optimal coverage.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, assist Client Advisors with complex requests, and cultivate VIP relationships.
• Audit CRM entries and operational KPIs to ensure accurate client data and timely follow‑ups.
• Take ownership of service recovery, resolving client concerns proactively.
• Manage team schedules, administrative tasks, and daily compliance.
• Oversee vault access, conduct daily cycle counts, and enforce strict physical security.
• Supervise the full lifecycle of stock logistics, including receiving, inventory, and dispatch.

Required profile

• Proactive operational leader with experience in luxury retail or boutique management.
• Strong coaching abilities and a passion for developing team performance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build genuine relationships with staff and clients.
