Assistant Relationship Manager – Intermediaries (Temporary)

About the role

The Assistant supports Relationship Managers and the team with all intermediary and front‑office client requests on trading and operational aspects, ensuring seamless operations and fast, competent responses.

Key responsibilities

• Place orders, handle client requests, execute payments, and process loans and deposits.
• Maintain and update client instruction records, create system‑based reports, and organise client meetings.
• Promote and service dedicated e‑channels for intermediaries and front‑office, monitoring maturity lists and taking appropriate action.
• Support RM investigations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure full compliance with legal and internal policies.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work swiftly and accurately under pressure.
• Proactive, friendly, solution‑oriented attitude with strong team and communication skills.
• High personal integrity, risk awareness and ethical mindset.
• Foundational knowledge of financial markets, products, and valuation principles.

Required skills

• Very good MS Office skills.
• Fluent in English and German (oral and written).
