Country Marketer Switzerland

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Country Marketer for Switzerland within its Medical Surgical Division. You will drive business growth and market penetration by localising and executing integrated marketing campaigns and generating qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Localise and implement integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the Swiss market.
• Lead demand‑generation activities, develop communication strategies and manage participation in events and congresses.
• Maintain the annual marketing activity calendar and oversee the marketing budget.
• Gather market insights on trends, customer needs and industry developments to shape strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams – marketing, sales and clinical – and build strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Significant experience in product management or country marketing within the healthcare industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system.
• Proven ability to plan marketing activities, launch products and execute integrated campaigns.
• Fluency in English and German and legal right to work in Switzerland without sponsorship.
