Avaloq Consultant – CRM & Regulatory Reporting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Avaloq Consultant to join a leading Swiss private bank in Geneva. The position is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, requiring you to configure, model and implement solutions directly on the Avaloq platform, primarily around CRM object modelling and regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CRM objects within Avaloq.
• Develop and support regulatory‑reporting processes on the platform.
• Translate complex banking and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Configure and implement changes directly in Avaloq, ensuring high‑quality documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and offshore partners.

Required profile

• Solid, hands‑on experience with the Avaloq banking platform.
• Proven expertise in either CRM object modelling or regulatory/financial reporting within Avaloq.
• Strong technical mindset with implementation focus.
• Good understanding of banking processes and data structures.
• Independent, solution‑oriented working style and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English; French is a strong advantage.
