Bar Supervisor (f/m/d)

About the role

The 25hours Hotel Zurich West is looking for a committed bar employee with a passion for innovative drinks to strengthen its team in its new Spritz-Bar. The position is offered as a full-time job with only four working days per week, and the employer is open to part-time arrangements and other adjustments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve creative Spritz drinks, as well as other cocktails and long drinks for the restaurant and bar
• Advise guests on drinks and recommend suitable combinations
• Order and stock spirits and other drinks, and ensure their quality and attractive presentation
• Support the development of new Spritz creations
• Handle cash register activities and accounting at the end of the shift
• Organize and maintain the bar area

Required profile

• Experience at the bar
• Reliable and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and a friendly manner towards guests
• Team player with organizational skills and an affinity for bar trends
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of spirits, liqueurs and cocktail preparation
• Passion for drinks, especially aperitifs, bitters and spritz creations
