Bilingual Outbound BDC Agent (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Outbound BDC Agent to act as an extension of our dealership partners. In this fast‑paced position you will engage customers through calls, emails and texts, creating meaningful interactions that drive appointments and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, send emails and text messages to dealership customers in both English and Spanish.
• Clearly communicate dealership products, services and promotional opportunities.
• Schedule service or sales appointments and generate engagement opportunities.
• Achieve daily call and engagement activity targets.
• Use company‑provided CRM and scheduling technology to track interactions and maintain detailed notes.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching and quality‑assurance initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet performance goals.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, BDC, appointment‑setting or sales.
• Strong phone presence with a clear, confident speaking voice.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to meet performance metrics.
• Organised, able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with online scheduling tools such as Xtime or Online Service Scheduler.
• Proficiency with Google Drive and related applications.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms for customer interaction management.
