BPM & Automation Engineer (all genders)

About the role

We are looking for a BPM & Automation Engineer to analyse business processes, design workflow solutions and integrate them into our clients' IT landscapes. You will work in a collaborative, agile environment and help drive hyper‑automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Model processes using BPMN 2.0 and, where relevant, DMN or CMMN.
• Design, configure and develop workflows on platforms such as Flowable or Camunda.
• Implement process logic, forms, business rules, service tasks and integrations.
• Integrate BPM solutions with existing applications via REST APIs, JSON or XML.
• Work with relational databases and SQL to support process data requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and development teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to testing, deployment, documentation and support.
• Participate in agile delivery teams and stay up‑to‑date with BPM and hyper‑automation trends.

Required profile

• Good practical knowledge of BPMN 2.0; DMN or CMMN is a plus.
• Experience with process analysis, workflow modelling and automation implementation.
• Solid understanding of RESTful services and experience with JSON/XML.
• Practical experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Git or another version‑control system.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Full professional proficiency in French and English.
• Agile mindset, strong analytical and communication skills.
