About the role
Join Adaptyv’s LabOS team to build the orchestration layer that connects experiment scheduling, execution, data capture and results processing. This full‑stack product role sits at the intersection of software engineering and wet‑lab biology.
Key responsibilities
- Create interfaces and APIs that give scientists and AI agents real‑time visibility into lab operations.
- Turn proprietary lab hardware into API‑controllable devices for programmatic use.
- Design scheduling systems that coordinate dozens of instruments with complex dependencies.
- Develop custom AI agents and tooling that automate decisions across the experiment lifecycle.
Required profile
- Proven full‑stack production experience.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments, define scope and plan independently.
- Comfort with AI tools and a curiosity for biology.
Required skills
