Brand Activator – Gastronomy (Zurich, Switzerland)

About the role

As a Brand Activator for the gastronomy channel in Switzerland, you will design, organise and execute brand experiences that bring our products to life in bars, restaurants and events. Working from Zurich, you will act as the bridge between Customer Marketing, Sales and the on‑trade market to ensure that activations are delivered efficiently and create measurable consumer impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage brand activation programmes across gastronomy venues and events.
• Develop engaging brand experiences that increase awareness and drive “liquid‑to‑lips” consumption.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Marketing and Sales to align activation plans with commercial objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with chefs, bar managers, hospitality partners and event organisers.
• Identify new activation platforms and partnership opportunities within the culinary and hospitality scene.
• Manage activation budgets, track performance metrics and report results against defined benchmarks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand activation, event marketing or trade marketing.
• Strong network within the gastronomy, hospitality and bar sectors in Switzerland.
• Hands‑on, structured working style with responsibility for budget management.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Analytical mindset focused on measurable results.
• Valid driving licence and fluent German and English.
