Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Vontobel Asset Management is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the design and optimisation of digital client journeys, enhance user experience, and drive measurable commercial outcomes through data‑driven marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage and continuously optimise digital client journeys across websites, email, campaigns and other touchpoints.
• Drive UX improvements, navigation, accessibility and conversion performance on digital platforms.
• Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards and reporting to measure engagement, leads, conversions and business impact.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven solutions, marketing automation and predictive analytics to enhance performance.
• Support the activation and optimisation of integrated digital campaigns across website, email, social and paid media.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital experience management or performance marketing.
• Experience in asset management or regulated financial services is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across marketing, distribution, product and technology.
