Brand Manager – Gastroenterology (Switzerland)

About the role

Lilly is seeking a driven Brand Manager to lead the growth of its gastroenterology product portfolio in Switzerland. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to improve outcomes for patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) while strengthening the brand’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Swiss marketing strategy for the gastroenterology brand.
• Translate customer and market insights into actionable plans that enhance patient and business outcomes.
• Design and launch innovative omnichannel campaigns across all customer touchpoints.
• Leverage digital, data and AI‑enabled tools to boost engagement and optimize performance.
• Monitor results, generate insights and continuously refine activities.
• Manage marketing investments to maximize growth and business value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• University degree in Science, Medicine, Pharmacy or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably with gastroenterology exposure.
• Proven track record of delivering strong marketing and business results.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a strong plus.
