Business Analyst / Consultant – Human Capital Consulting

About the role

As a Business Analyst / Consultant in our Human Capital practice, you will help Swiss and international clients transform their organisations to align with business strategy. You will work on a variety of change, communication and culture initiatives, applying analytical rigor to develop pragmatic, data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Work with clients throughout the full organisational change management lifecycle, from assessment and planning to execution, hyper‑care and adoption review.
• Introduce and embed best‑practice change management frameworks, governance structures, processes and tools to support successful transitions.
• Liaise with client leaders and internal stakeholders to align change initiatives with business objectives and ensure effective communication.
• Contribute to business development by partnering with Human Capital and other service lines to create compelling proposals.
• Support the growth and enhancement of Deloitte’s change management capabilities within the Human Capital practice.

Required profile

• Strong academic background, ideally a Master’s degree or MBA, or equivalent professional experience.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure decision‑making and develop pragmatic recommendations.
• Experience addressing human‑capital questions in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
