Business Development & Account Manager (Switzerland & Italy)

About the role

Dartfish SA, a Swiss leader in video‑based performance analysis for sport, is seeking a Business Development & Account Manager to drive growth in Switzerland and Italy. Based at our headquarters in Fribourg, you will work in a dynamic, friendly environment, building relationships with new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and close new business opportunities, expanding market presence and revenue.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers, identifying up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Manage contract renewals and retention initiatives to ensure high renewal rates.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximise the value of Dartfish solutions.
• Collaborate with other Country Managers on international projects.

Required profile

• Fluent in German or Swiss German and strong English; Italian and/or French a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Strong interest in technology applied to sport.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Previous experience in business development, account management or sales (mandatory).
• Relevant degree (e.g., Business, Sports Management, Marketing) or equivalent experience.
